"His name is John." With these four simple words Zacharias simultaneously ended a nine-month divinely-induced silence, broke a cycle of disobedience going as far back as Aaron, and announced the prophetic destiny of his newborn son. There is power in the words of our confession, especially when they are aligned with the Word of God. So declares Apostle Frans Du Plessis in this book, the final offering from his pen before stepping over into eternity in 2013.

Led to write of John the Baptist on Mount Kilimanjaro, after his own voice was silenced due to Motor Neuron Disease, Frans Du Plessis details the importance of John's ministry as a forerunner in the spirit of Elijah, preparing for and declaring the coming of God's Son, Jesus Christ, among the people of the earth. But he goes further, declaring that today God once again has a son in the earth, a corporate son, and that He is raising up a corporate Elijah that is "prophetically declaring and preparing the way for this corporate son to be manifested in our day. Christ is about to appear in His glory in, amongst, and through His sons," prompting the world to ask, "What kind of man is this?"

Author bio:

At the tender age of 16, Frans Du Plessis came to the Lord. He then entered full-time ministry in South Africa in his early 20's and served as pastor of a local congregation from 1975. His passion was to see the Word of God fulfilled in his time and the earth filled with the glory of God. Across nearly forty years of ministry he raised up spiritual sons and daughters all over the world who now are leaders of their own spiritual children and local congregations. Frans was part of an apostolic eldership who minister in more than 50 nations of the world. Their passion is to see the Church coming to maturity and form part of the corporate son who must manifest the image and likeness of God to creation. His personal ministry to many nations of the world was always characterized by a strong anointing of the Holy Spirit. He functioned apostolically with a solid prophetic edge, and his message carried a firm element of revelation. In 1975, Frans married his lovely wife Netta, with whom he raised three married children, all of whom are also involved in full-time ministry. Their five grandchildren were the joy of his life. Diagnosed in 2011 with Motor Neuron Disease, Frans Du Plessis departed this life and was translated to glory 21st July 2013.
